Being thin may not solve all my problems but I’ll feel a hell lot better facing the rest of them with collar bones, a flat stomach and skinny legs.
Think about this:
If you could wake up tomorrow at your UGW, perfect and thin, Thigh gap, collarbones, hip bones jutting out. Flat tummy, thin arms.
Everything you’ve ever wanted.
If you could wake up tomorrow perfect, but the only thing you had to do was eat clean and keep your calorie intake to a minimum just for TODAY, would you be able to do it?
Of course you would.
So all you have to do is tell yourself every single day that you’ll be perfect tomorrow morning if you don’t eat that cheeseburger. If you eat some fruit and drink some water instead.
And one of these days you’ll wake up and actually be there.
the biggest motivation for me is the fact that I’ve never seen myself skinny
so I don’t know what I’ll look like
I don’t know if my hip bones are pointed or if they’re more rounded
I don’t know if I’ll have a wide or a narrow thigh gap
I don’t know if my rib cage is tapered or straight
but I’m going to find out when I see them

Reasons to not give up

This morning I was going to school and I saw a girl and I was literally stunned. She had looong black wavy hair, wore a floral dress that goes a bit above the knee and high heel boots. I noticed heads turning when she was walking by. She was so petite and thin you could see her thigh gap when she was walking. She looked like a fairy, like she could float, so fragile but so confident at the same time. A literal angel. She made me so motivated. I want to be like that.
Thigh gap or sloppy wobbly legs?
Collar bones or fatty rolls for a chin?

easy thigh gap workout
here’s a simple exercise that you can do any time of day.
this workout is the best, trust me. I went from thighs completely touching, to thighs barely touching at all in just a few days.
lay on your back, with your knees bent, feet together. fold a bed pillow and put it in-between your thighs. squeeze and hold for two seconds. do this as many times as you can, trust me, it’s going to burn. when you feel like you can’t do it anymore, squeeze and hold the pillow for ten seconds.
It seriously hurts, but totally worth it.
I found that this is really the only workout that mainly focuses your inner thighs, so if you don’t want thick toned thighs, this is the perfect workout for you.
